Does TRINA have artificial additives?
No, it doesn't. We are proud to be an all-natural ingredient hot sauce. Trina Hot Sauce is handcrafted and we only use vinegar as our preservative to keep the sauce shelf stable.
What makes Trina Hot Sauce unique?
It's a combination of things. First, our story and how Trina was created is pretty cool. Second, the creamy texture and balanced flavor you find in our sauces is something that allows us to stand out. But most importantly, we are very carefully when we put together every bottle of Trina Hot Sauce. As a family business, we carefully select every single ingredient that goes into each bottle, and that allows us to get the best quality in every drop you taste.
Do you have any other flavors and products?
We currently offer three different expressions:
- ANDINA: Our mild but very flavorful version.
- ORIGINAL: Our medium hot sauce. Where it all started and the hot sauce that Maria Trina used to make 90 years ago.
- FUEGO: A hotter version of the original recipe. Created for the fearless and brave that enjoy flavor with an increased heat.
Do you have more sizes outside of the 5 oz bottle?
At the moment, we only offer our product in 5 oz bottles. In the future, you will be able to enjoy Trina in a variety of sizes.
How long does it take you to process and ship my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we will get it through our system, scan it, and package it within the first 24 hours. From there, we will drop it at our local USPS so that it can get to your door as soon as possible. Give or take, it will take around 24 hours to 48 hours max to ship the product during business days.
What company do you use to ship Trina Hot Sauce?
We ship everything through our preferred partner USPS.
Can you ship nationally?
Yes, we can ship to all 50 states in the U.S! Once you place your order, we will work really hard to get your Trina order ready as soon as possible so you can enjoy our world of flavor.
Do you ship Internationally?
Sadly, we can only ship within the U.S. at the moment. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when we are able to ship internationally.
How do you handle returns?
We are currently not accepting any returns of open bottles of Trina Hot Sauce. However, if you receive a broken or damaged packaged, please reach out to us and we will be happy to send a replacement so that you can enjoy our amazing flavor.
What happens if my merch is not the correct size?
We'll be happy to work with you to get your merch back and ship you a replacement with the correct size. Please reach out to us if that is the case and our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you take any wholesale orders?
Absolutely! If you are interested in being a wholesaler, please reach out to us at trinahotsauce@gmail.com and our team will be happy to onboard you and work with you.
Are you available in supermarkets nationally?
We are currently only available in the state of Kentucky in most cities. You can find us in your local Kroger.
However, we are working really hard to continue to expand and have Trina available in more states. Sign up to our email list to stay up to date with new markets.
